Quality cooking time

T' is the season to be jolly. And boy am I ever. And Christmas is a time for remembrance according to our great example and leader, well for some of us that is, Queen Elizabeth II.

This made me think about this one little evening I had with friends about half a year ago. Under the enjoyment of some booze, food etc. We had a movie marathon. One of the movies was the alltime family favorite: The bride of chucky.

I posted it three times to make this dawn on you: As you can see, some quality cooking time with the family can be quite an enjoyment, but also a risk, so please be careful overthere with youre family dolly's! Because I'd love to see you all back alive and unspoiled in a day or 2.

The dark shadow.

I just finished watching Inland Empire. It was intense and scary and now I'm going to have bad dreams. This movie pisses me off, I've watched it over 3 times and I still don't understand it. I need help, who?

And oh I want this sweater for Christmas please.

the fairytale of week 51 and some tips for the future

This week was a good/awkward/bad one.

Let me start.

Wednesday: For me the week always starts on wednesday FPQ. It was fun until I decided to have a little puking contest and threw up all over the bar. Sorry guys, when I can afford it I'll fly to what appears to be India or Thailand and steal you this sign:

Thursday: Chrissie organised an awesome party for the rietveld students in club 8, it was the bomb, I eventually ended up on the floor next to the toilet almost throwing up because I smoked a joint. Then after that: yet another rietveld party. We were bad. We had an icecube spitting concert and did all kinds of naughty things not suitable to mention on this blog. We went to an afterparty in this little shithole Club stereo. It was tres horrible, there was a drag queen dressed in a fur coat and a box, she sucked.

Saturday: mr lagerfield and I watched Transamerica and ate junkfood in my bed. I felt sick. Transamerica is such a great movie, the story is touching and the guy who plays the lead role is really hot!

Sunday: I went shopping with joost and his little cousin, we watched pirates of the carribbean at worlds end. I drank a bottle of this cheap shit called Liebfraumilch, I thought it sounded cute when I bought it. After that I decided to go to the trut afterall, on my way there I met 2 of my dearest friends, they where trashing bikes on a bridge, I love them. In the trut it was fun too, lots of people were drunk and I met someone I knew from myspace but had never spoken too or seen in real life. He was really nice. I had a great time.

Today: I ended up in bed eventually at six in the morning, I was drunk. I harassed people with my phone (sorry guys) and slept till 4:30. Then I ran out to buy cigs, had a fight with a woman about christmas plants with candles, they were on sale 35% off and we both wanted the same one. (I won) and came home to find my TTA (The tough alliance) cd that I ordered had finally arrived. It's awesome, and the two guys are cool.

SO WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED?

  1. Don't drink too many different kinds of alcohol, you'll vomit over bars and call people names involving illnesses.
  2. Rietveld party's are heaps of fun, and joints are bad for youre stomache.
  3. NEVER GO TO CLUB STEREO
  4. If you ever want to watch a good movie with someone who normally only watches flicks like Harold and Kumar go to white castle, watch Transamerica. You'll have a good story and the other person will have the hot guy who goes full frontal.
  5. Learn to love myspace again (I do again since today), you can meet nice people through it.
  6. Always win fights over goods in stores, otherwise you'll feel sorry afterwards. If normal reasoning doesn't work you can always resort too verbal abuse involving TBC or in an extreme situation physical abuse.
  7. You should all listen to TTA and buy there new cd, if you don't like it look at their pictures and enjoy their hotness.
  8. I don't know why I posted this diary style blog, or why I'm writing in this weird fashion, but it feels good, so you should all start a dairy.

PEACE and stuff. xx

Mr Haggard.

"I was surfing around the net and found something I wanted to share with you."

This is what I wrote 12 days ago. I'm a fucking lazy little bastard child, and I should blog more. So, here it comes.

I was enjoying the company of my psychotic white cat and my tiny little christmas tree when I came across the blog of Mr. Cederteg. This cool publisher/artist I absolutely love. I was checking out all the links and ended up on the website of Mr. Nicholas Haggard. There I found some visual stimulation that took me all the way to another world:

It was either this, or those three glasses of wine, what do you think? For more:

And now, I'll be doing this:

Far from home

I just got home from a nice night of watching the Devil wears prada for the 105th time. Sat down on the couch to realise that I have the hugest craving ever for stuffing roles! Stuffing roles are these amazing little roles of puff pastry stuffed with the filling you put into a turkey for thanksgiving. Unfortunately you can't get them in Ollanda, so I decided to eat some Saucijzenbroodjes from Euroshopper, the best brand ever. Anyway, I sat down and realised that one of my favorite movies is on BBC 1:

I searched all the nooks and corners of youtube for a clip, but couldn't find it. Anyway (I have something with that word today, sorry) it has Drew in it and the lovely Jennifer Tilly and two hot guys. It's set in a trailer park in the middle of the desert, Drew is stuck and somebody wants her dead.
To keep a long story short, it's awesome and you should all rent it once!
xx

David David

I was just going through some old maps on my computer today when I found these beauty's:

I still adore them, the humour in them is so dry. They're by David Shrigley.

Check out more of his work at: http://www.davidshrigley.com/

Realising you're wrong is like a thong, yukk.

I need to write about something, and I'm not sure if I should write about it in public, so we shall see. but hey, what the heck, so many people blog about their feelings, I guess I'll just be one of them.

This afternoon, just before I woke up after 2 days of almost non stop sleeping, I had the moste horrible set of dreams one can ever imagine. The only one I remember is the last one.

It opens in this piece of land with no buildings on it close to a village where I used to live. I was there with various people of both sides of my family and some unknown ones as well. The most notable people where my dead mother, my 18 year old cousin with baby from Canada, and unknown baby in a baby carriage that my mother was pushing. It could have been me. We were at this piece of land because my family decided to build a mall there. My mother and I didn't do any of the hard labour so we decided to go for a walk with the unidentified baby. We had to stop infront of a traincrossing, and then it happened. An old woman in a green Jaguar rolls up and hits my mother and the baby and pushes them under the train. I survive and clamp on to the car to try her to force to stop. She finally does when I tear off the cars side mirror. I then drag her out and start beating her, but she doesn't bruise and just keeps on smiling and no mather what I do she doesn't get hurt. I start screaming, and the dream ends.

I wonder what it meant? I think it's time for a change. this weekend has really done it for me. I'm so sick and tired of my own behaviour and that of some other people that I actually just want to stay in my house for ever. Ofcourse I can't. but my insane behaviour has to stop. So I'm trying to quit smoking (hey, it's a start). And giving up partying for a while, which is kind of hard because I really need my social fix the most.

But enough about me. The old woman from the dream looked kind of like this:

Anyone know her?
